Meet the Lancaster County Office

Kent Terry is the Owner and Director of Operations. He holds degrees in Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and Central Penn College. A proud eight-year veteran of the United States Army Reserve, Kent brings a strong sense of discipline and service to his leadership. A Lancaster County native, he now lives in the Ephrata area with his wife and two children. In his free time, Kent enjoys outdoor recreation and making memories with his family

Rebekah “Becky” Terry is the Owner and Office Manager, bringing a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to client service. A graduate of Central Penn College, Becky has developed extensive experience across several industries, including healthcare, real estate, education, and customer service. Originally from Clinton County, Pennsylvania, Becky now enjoys life in Lancaster County. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she values spending quality time with her family and staying connected to her community.

Carol Ann Frees serves as a Client Services Coordinator and Scheduling Manager. She brings valuable insight to her role, drawing on her experience as a Senior Helpers caregiver along with a strong background in both work and volunteer service. A lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Carol Ann is passionate about supporting her community and enjoys spending time with her family.

Bethany Heisey is the Care Team Manager and a graduate of Central Pennsylvania College. She brings extensive healthcare experience from family medicine, emergency care, and cardiac telemetry. Additionally, Bethany provided care for a family member for over 10 years, strengthening her dedication to compassionate caregiving. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, especially at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland.

Kylie Hunsecker serves as Care Team Leader with a compassionate and dependable approach. Originally from Lancaster County, she is passionate about caregiving and supporting others with dignity and respect. She values building genuine connections and helping those in her care feel comfortable and supported each day. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys traveling, especially to tropical destinations, and spending time at the beach during the summer.

Erik Ramirez serves as Care Team Recruiter and brings a strong background in customer service to the team. Originally from the Philippines, Erik earned his degree in Business Management from Cebu Institute of Technology. His diverse professional experience and attention to detail make him a valuable part of the Care Team. Outside of work, Erik enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his wife and four children.

Ausialee Breisch serves as Client Services Director and has been a valued member of the Senior Helpers team for over 10 years. She brings prior experience from the pharmaceutical industry and now plays a key role in assisting with and developing client service programs. A Lancaster County resident since 2009, Ausialee enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband, son, and their beloved pets.

Melissa Hoffman is a Client Services and Case Manager with 25+ years of experience in administration, employee relations, and customer service. She has also worked as a caregiver and service coordinator with Senior Helpers, gaining strong insight into client and caregiver needs.  A Lancaster County native, she enjoys thrift shopping, local coffee shops, and time outdoors with her husband, three children, and their dog, Blue.

Keeley Caimi serves as Client Services and Case Manager, passionate about supporting and enhancing the client experience. With a background in customer service and caregiving at Senior Helpers, she brings strong communication, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach to every interaction. She focuses on building meaningful relationships and providing attentive, personalized support. Outside of work, Keeley enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd.

Makenna Ingram joined as Community Relations Coordinator, bringing over five years of experience as a hairstylist at Salon Synergy in Brickerville, PA. She is passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Makenna enjoys exploring new towns, great coffee, and spending time with her loved ones and dog.
