This is a great company to work for, I've been with this company for almost 5 years and plan on staying here for many more. Fran deeply cares for her client's and their families. For compassionate care of your loved one I highly recommend Senior Helpers. Fran also truly cares about her employee's. I recently had a change in my home life and Fran has been amazing and supportive of me giving me a schedule that works around these changes. I've been working for Senior Helpers for about three years now. Prior to that I have always worked in the medical field. I love what I do, and I love my job! Working for Senior Helpers has been a godsend for me as a single mother, they have always worked around my schedule and they always provided extra hours when I needed them. Fran Graves the president is truly one of the nicest bosses I have ever had, she genuinely cares for her staff and listens when you have any concerns whether it's regarding clients or a personal issue. The office staff is efficient and always on top of things. When you call your always greeted by Elle Probert one of the sweetest voices there. When a company truly cares for their employees/staff, you get a better quality of care and service for clients.
I have worked for Senior Helpers for almost 7 years. I have been very happy with my employment with them. Very good communication and always available with any issue that may arise. Making sure clients and caregivers are a good fit is always a priority. I have been working with the elderly for most of my adult life and have been very impressed with the dedication Fran and her staff have for clients and caregivers. My clients have been very happy with Senior Helpers.
This is a really nice place to work as a caregiver. The management is very conscientious in regard to the way care is given. The elderly can be assured of being given quality care with respect for the individual’s needs. I would recommend Senior Helpers to a family member or friend who is concerned about maintaining their dignity while receiving the special attention they deserve. The office staff is always friendly & helpful & is prompt at getting back to us whenever there are questions problems. They work hard to accommodate schedules to everyone's busy lives. They truly care about not only our clients - but also the caregivers & our families. We have a 401k plan & can also earn paid vacation days. The caregivers here have a real comrade re. It's a fun place to work. The seniors I help are from a great generation. To hear their life stories is inspiring & to spend time with them in an honor. I am glad to be a help. It's made me a better person. I will always be grateful of the day I heard Fran's add on the radio while I was driving in my car - walked in the next day for an interview & got hired. I've been there ever since. One on the best decisions I've ever made!
