CONSIDER A CAREER WITH SENIOR HELPERS BOSTON AND SOUTH SHORE- WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL.
Our Caregivers comer from all over the area, providing customized in-home care services for a wide range of needs. If you possess any of these traits or interests, we would love to talk to you!
Are you looking for an opportunity to work and give back?
Do you have a passion for helping seniors?
Do you enjoy meeting new people?
Are you a natural caregiver and ready to turn this gift into a career?
Are you interested in changing the focus of work where you have the opportunity to gain as much as you give?
You do not have to be an experienced or seasoned caregiver to join our team.
We look for particular characteristics which we know are the making of great caregivers: these are common sense, reliability, empathy, good judgment, consistency, and level headedness. Every day our caregivers are required to practice random acts of kindness and for this they need both a sixth sense, and a sense of humor.
We know we can provide the specific skills and training required to perform the myriad tasks asked and demanded of them while serving our clients, but the meaningful qualifications of being good and caring individuals must shine through everything.
There has never been a better time to join Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore, and this industry, than now.
Senior Helpers is the FIRST and the ONLY national in-home care company to be ranked by the Great Place to Work® Institute as a Great Place to Work.
We are always interested in recruiting, hiring and training exceptional Caregivers.
Our staffing approach and philosophy at Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore is that each of our clients receives a customized, tailored, and nurse-driven Plan of Care. This starts with a comprehensive Assessment Process. Our Caregiver assignments are predicated on these Plans and the individual emotional, physical and psychological needs of each client.
While we have no specific schedules to fill and job openings to post at this time, we welcome your interest in Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore and look forward to speaking with you about opportunities with our offices.
Please reach out to us if you are interested in becoming part of our team. Boston@SeniorHelpers.com
I’m 68 now. Nine years ago I divorced and moved in with my 85 year old mother when she had early stage dementia. Of course, I didn’t technically know what it was, but she shouldn’t be left alone at home or cooking by herself anymore. That was when I found my purpose. It started with caring with her, but has turned into my life’s work. This is such important work – care-taking the elderly who have lived important lives. I have now acquired so many skills, and so much knowledge about aging. I can’t put a price tag on this. I now delight and find great peace in caring for a 99 and 100 year old couple..
