About the Office

Mark Friedman has owned Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore since 2009. He is passionate about the industry and helping seniors in the Boston area with in-home care services. Mark has been an advocate for licensing and standardized practices for senior caregivers; setting the bar high for his own offices in caregiver recruitment, training, continuing education and advanced certification. Recently he introduced the LiFE Engagement Profile, (Li=Lifestyle, F= Feasibility, E= Evaluation) a proprietary analysis that assesses a senior’s risk across more than 225 critical factors, providing extraordinary guidelines and insights for home care. These help mitigate factors standing in the way of successful recovery and aging in place.
