Senior Helpers of Northwest Indiana has been awarded a grant through the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to support our direct service workforce. 100% of the grant funding will be used towards hourly wage increases for our direct service workers. The hourly wage increase will be based on performance, hours worked, and hire date. Our goal is to use the funding by September 30, 2023.
