The LIFE Profile™ is a 5-part data-driven assessment that scores your loved one’s needs based on the factors proven to be most important to successful aging and positive health outcomes. Our trained and professional consultants create a safe space where your loved one feels comfortable in expressing their needs.
Senior Helpers® uses the LIFE Profile™ data to create a customized plan for care, called the Senior Helpers SmartCare PLAN™. This plan has been shown to improve overall quality of life, reduce hospitalization risk and support successful aging while seniors remain at home.
