Meet Mel Riely, RN, MSN, CDP
Senior Helpers Jacksonville is guided by Mel Riely, RN, MSN, Certified Dementia Practitioner, whose more than 30 years of home care nursing experience helps families navigate complex care needs in home and community settings. Mel earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Rutgers University and her master's degree in Nursing Administration and Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. Her experience gives families a perspective that goes beyond scheduling care. She understands how dementia affects daily life — including routines, safety, family capacity, caregiver support, and the ability to remain at home as needs change.
