Active Living Expo
The seventh-annual expo, sponsored by Senior Helpers Spokane and North Idaho, hosted by The Spokesman-Review returns to Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center in Spokane Valley on Saturday, May 16. Tickets are $8 per person (plus fees) online or $10 at the door.
Active Living Expo has become a popular showcase of regional resources geared especially to people ages 55 and up interested in learning more about wellness, leisure, travel and more. Guests can enjoy visiting more than 50 vendors as well as attending a variety of useful seminars.
