When can I expect to hear back?
At Senior Helpers of Arlington/Alexandria, our goal is to respond to all care and employment web inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm local time. After hours calls are routed to one of our Care Team Members, so you should always hear a warm, friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
