Senior Helpers of the Smoky Mountains is owned and operated by Joe and Pam Cate, who advocate for high-quality senior care. We are located on Winfield Dunn Pkwy just north of the intersection of Highway 338 (Douglas Dam Road) in Shops at the River beside Lillys.
