Meet the Rock Hill Office

Over the past 10 years we have built an exceptional team of care professionals, each committed to remaining at the forefront of the in-home care industry through our proprietary ongoing training and education programs. At Senior Helpers Rock Hill we believe that getting the best care for your loved ones should not be complicated. The Senior Helpers Rock Hill office opened in 2008 with a passion for helping others and an interest in the growing need for in-home care services. Today, we continue that commitment to delivering the best possible in-home care to seniors in York, Chester, Kershaw and Lancaster counties.

Our History

Our History

Senior Helpers of Rock Hill was proud to join the Senior Helpers system in 2008. Like every other owner, we too are fully-committed to the original goal of providing dependable and affordable in-home care with well-trained caregivers. Nothing is more important to us than being the best available resource for seniors and families in our community.

Our team is constantly growing and evolving to better support our clients. We are blessed to be a part in serving seniors that want to remain in their home for as long as possible. We are also there to help them and their families with decision making and transition for the next step if necessary. We firmly believe the key to longevity in any illness or stage of life is surrounding yourself with positivity, a safe environment and proper attentive care, and our team strives to fulfill each of these components.

Our process

Our process

The first step in the process is a complimentary, initial in-home care assessment with a Senior Helpers consultant.  This assessment can help you understand the true needs of your loved one, and your options. Together we can discuss their needs, our senior care services and determine what’s best for your entire family.

We will cover:

  • Your family's specific goals
  • Your loved one's daily plan design and schedule
  • Pricing and payment methods
  •  Implementation process
  • Ongoing communication and follow-up plan

Rosaline "Ros" Mitchell

Office Manager

Rosaline has been with Senior Helpers since 2017.  Before joining Senior Helpers she worked in the Geriatrics health care field for 24 years.  She has held positions in Hospice,  Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.  Her experience in working in facilities allowed her to see another side of aging that most do not think about, where and how we will spend the rest of our days.  She became more aware of how many seniors were placed in facilities when they desperately wanted to remain in the place that they were most comfortable and familiar with, their home. She saw the emotional agony of family caregivers struggling with choices that needed to be made for their loved ones.  Ros would tell you that experiencing these things is why she is obsessed with all things involving Senior Care.  Her compassion for both seniors and their families is what drives her to what she does best every day and that is to provide the opportunity of home care as an option for as long as possible. Ros is committed to assisting our clients and their loved ones on supporting positive aging with the help of our compassionate caregivers.  Every senior deserves an opportunity to keep their independence and our caregivers will ensure this is possible while supporting their independence, goals, safety and dignity.  Rosaline feels that working at Senior Helpers has been one of the most rewarding jobs that she has been blessed with so far.  Her greatest accomplishments are her two children Cadarious 30 and Akeria 26 and the joy of her life her grandson Bryson who is 4 years old. She enjoys her personal time with her family, reading and road trips with the girls.

Her motto is “Believe I Can and Make My Dreams Plans”

Gloria also has been an instructor for the American Red Cross and is able to certify caregivers in CPR and First Aid.   She has a vast amount of experiences in every side of caregiving and remains active as a Med Tech, Dementia and Autism specialist.
