Caregiver Word of Mouth Marketing Referral Program

The WOM Referral Marketing Project is designed to reward Senior Helpers Caregivers who help grow our team by referring other qualified caregivers.

💡 How the Referral Bonus Works

· When a caregiver refers a new caregiver - both the Existing Caregiver (Referrer) and the New Caregiver will receive a $100 gift card once the new Caregiver completes 100 working hours.

🎁 Tier Rewards for Referrers

In addition to the $100 gift card per referral, referrers can earn one-time Tier Rewards based on the total number of caregivers referred who are actively working:

· Tier 1: Refer 1 caregivers → Tier 1 Gift Basket ($50 value)

· Tier 2: Refer 2–4 caregivers → Tier 2 Gift ($200 value)

· Tier 3: Refer 5–8 caregivers → Tier 3 Gift ($400 value)

· Tier 4: Refer 9–13 caregivers → Tier 4 Gift ($1,000 value)

· Tier 5: Refer 14 or more caregivers → Tier 5 Gift ($2,000 value)

⚠️ Important Program Rules

· Tier gifts are awarded one time only per tier.

· To qualify for a tier, all referred caregivers must be actively working (minimum of 10 hours per month).  MUST be employed with company when WOM Referrals are calculated (by 15th of the following month).  Can NOT be terminated with cause.

· If a referred caregiver becomes inactive after a tier is achieved, the referrer will not be downgraded.

· Once Tier 5 is reached, the referrer will continue to receive only the $100 gift card per referral for any additional caregivers referred.  Value of tiers are subject to change.

This program encourages teamwork, rewards dedication, and supports Senior Helpers’ continued growth through trusted caregiver referrals.
