Join us for the Senior Veterans Resource Fair hosted by Senior Helpers in Queens and grab some free lunch and set up a free in home assessment while you’re at it!

Parkinson’s Community Day

Join us for a special Parkinson’s Community Day at the legendary Gleason's Gym!

This free community event is designed to empower individuals living with Parkinson’s through movement, education, and support.

✨ What to expect:
• Non-contact adapted boxing class led by a PD-certified instructor
• Expert lecture & Q&A with Dr. Rebecca Lalchan
• Insights from an LSVT Certified Physical Therapist from Metro Physical Therapy
• A welcoming space for all stages and abilities — no experience needed!
