March 27, 2022 I found your company on the BBB site and it had an A+ rating. I needed someone immediately as my mom was being released from the hospital after a fall and a uti. She needed 24/7 care. Annette, the director was able to get me help that very same day. At the end of Dec. my mom got covid pneumonia and was in the hospital for a week. When she came home, I thought I was going to lose her. The following caregivers were so amazing with her . Getting her anxiety under control, getting her to eat and just staying near her to keep her company. Dealt with her oxygen. just everything. These ladies need to be recognized for their exceptional care: Annete (care giver) Lurana, Petagaye, Rosemary, and Beverly. I am forever grateful that I was able to go to work and sleep at night knowing my mom was in good hands. There were a few bumps, but Annette (director) and Pauline corrected any issue I had. I am thankful to this office for coming through for me. I had called 5 other companies when I was initially looking. Senior Helpers, and Annette were the first and to respond at my urgent need. February 18, 2022 On this Caregivers Day, I just want to thank you and your staff. I appreciate the care given for my mom. I appreciate not having to worry while I am at work or home. Thank you. MV
February 20, 2022 Wanted you to know my realtor was at mom's house today with the inspector and buyer and another realtor. This went on for 2 ish hours. Mom got agitated. My realtor said Beverly did a wonderful job with mom. Calming her, staying by her side, taking care of her so she would calm down. MV
