As President and Owner of Senior Helpers Santa Barbara, Mike is passionate about helping clients remain where they feel most comfortable: at home. He actively advances our services by incorporating the latest health breakthroughs and aging-in-place trends, delivering modern, compassionate solutions to the families we serve.

 As Director of Operations, Shannon oversees the strategic direction and daily execution of our mission: delivering exceptionally high-quality care to our clients. Since joining the organization in 2012, she has gained comprehensive, hands-on experience in every facet of the business—from scheduling to client assessments. Today, Shannon leverages this deep operational expertise to develop organizational best practices and deliver top-tier senior services for the Santa Barbara community.

As Client Services Director, Liah serves as the primary point of contact for families navigating care decisions. With over a decade of industry expertise, she expertly guides clients through every stage of the intake process. Liah personally conducts our comprehensive Life Profile assessment—an evidence-based evaluation designed to minimize the risk of hospitalization and promote optimal care outcomes.

Emalee oversees our caregiving team, leading recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. She is responsible for interviewing and selecting candidates who align with our core values, while ensuring our caregivers feel valued and supported at every stage of their careers.

As Client Service Manager, Adriana oversees the implementation and quality assurance of our clients' personalized care plans. She works closely with our caregiving team to ensure every caregiver is thoroughly trained to meet the specific, unique needs of each individual that we serve. Spending most of her time in the field, Adriana conducts face-to-face home visits to gather firsthand feedback from clients, families, and caregivers alike.

Angelu serves as our primary Scheduler, orchestrating the complex logistics of daily care delivery with precision and care. In this vital role, Angelu is responsible for matching the right caregivers with our clients, taking into account specialized care needs, scheduling preferences, and personal compatibility to foster strong, trusted relationships.

Care needs don’t stop at 5:00 PM. Michelle provides dedicated after-hours support, ensuring seamless scheduling and immediate assistance for our clients and caregivers whenever concerns arise.

Caregivers work 7 days/week and our office does too. Hazel manages our operations on weekends, offering reliable scheduling support and real-time guidance to both clients and caregivers.
