Now Partnering with CSC PACE to Support Aging in Place
Senior Helpers of West San Gabriel Valley is proud to partner with CSC PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) to deliver compassionate in-home care services that help local seniors age safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.
Through this partnership, our trained and professional caregivers provide personalized non-medical support to eligible PACE participants, including assistance with daily living, companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, and more. These services are designed to complement the medical and wellness support offered through CSC PACE—enhancing quality of life and reducing the risk of hospitalization or nursing home placement.
What is PACE?
PACE is a Medicare and Medi-Cal program that provides coordinated, wraparound services to help seniors with chronic care needs continue living in their homes and communities, rather than moving to long-term care facilities. CSC PACE participants receive a full spectrum of care including primary medical services, therapy, social activities, and now, trusted in-home care through Senior Helpers.
Who qualifies?
To qualify for PACE, individuals must:

Be 55 years or older

Live in the service area of a PACE organization

Be certified as eligible for nursing home care

Be able to live safely in the community with PACE services
