Meet the Greater Milwaukee office

More than 90% of seniors want to be able to age in their own home with dignity but getting the right type of care can seem daunting.  At Senior Helpers of Greater Milwaukee we believe that getting the best care for your loved ones should not be complicated.  We recognize the growing need for in-home care services, and with our passion for helping others, we are committed to delivering the best possible care to seniors in the Wauwatosa community.

We take the opportunity to provide care in your home seriously and make it a priority to provide the highest level of client service possible.  We have built an exceptional team of care professionals, each committed to remaining at the forefront of the in-home care industry through our proprietary ongoing training and education programs. You can feel confident that your loved one is in good hands with Senior Helpers.

Our History

Senior Helpers was founded in 2002 by Tony Bonacuse with the help of Peter Ross after their firsthand experience in caring for their respective family members. Tony and Peter identified a need that was not being filled properly by the other companies.  They realized that most seniors would prefer to age in their own home rather than move into an unfamiliar institution.  Unfortunately, the options available to most seniors were very limited.  Most seniors did not have access to well-trained, dependable and accessible in-home care. This was the mission-driven spark that started Senior Helpers.

The first office opened in Baltimore, Maryland, and quickly developed a reputation for delivering excellent in-home senior care with their well-trained staff of professional caregivers. Based on the success of the Baltimore location, the company began to expand.  Over the past 13 years, the Senior Helpers family has grown to include a network of more than 300 locally owned and operated franchises across the United States.

Senior Helpers of Greater Milwaukee was proud to join the system in 2025.  Like every other owner, we too are fully-committed to the original goal of providing dependable and accessible in-home care with well-trained caregivers. Nothing is more important to us than being the best available resource for seniors and families in our community.  We are lucky to serve hundreds of seniors in our community, and we are committed to continuing to provide uncompromising levels of care to all our families.

Our process

Our process

The first step in the process is a complimentary, initial in-home care assessment with a Senior Helpers consultant.  This assessment can help you understand the true needs of your loved one, and your options. Together we can discuss their needs, our senior care services and determine what’s best for your entire family.

We will cover:

  • Your family's specific goals
  • Your loved one's daily plan design and schedule
  • Pricing and payment methods
  •  Implementation process
  • Ongoing communication and follow-up plan

Meet the Greater Milwaukee Team

Mansi Pathak

Mansi Pathak

Owner

My name is Mansi. I am a pharmacist by profession and have been working for over 20 years in the healthcare field. Helping the community and doing the right thing with integrity and compassion is the mission I live by. I have strong ties with the greater Milwaukee community and have been serving various locations for the past 20 years. I have built great one-on-one relationships with the seniors in the community and have always wanted to do more to help them.

When COVID hit, I was on the front lines as an essential healthcare worker, fighting every day to help and do better for the community. When people could not—or would not—leave their homes for health reasons, I was out there making sure seniors were taken care of, whether it was delivering their daily medications, checking on them when their loved ones were far away, or assisting in any way needed. From vaccinating senior homes and communities to securing medicines when they fell ill, I did it all! Yet, I still felt I could do more. Post-COVID complications were on the rise, and hospitalization rates were sky-high. I helped seniors navigate their insurance benefits so they could be paired with the proper case managers and get the most out of their coverage. Still, I realized that if seniors received the utmost care in their homes, unnecessary hospitalizations could be significantly reduced. That’s when Senior Helpers came along—it was a no-brainer.

I believe in the Senior Helpers motto and mission: seniors should be cared for in the comfort of their homes so they can live with dignity and avoid unnecessary hospitalization. I live by this, and it’s something I wanted to do not just for my parents, grandparents, and in-laws, but for the community. Our veterans have sacrificed so much for our country, and they shouldn’t have to suffer needlessly due to health issues. Not all heroes wear capes—some walk with canes or use walkers, and they have incredible stories to share!

My passion for serving the community also extends into my daily life. I love reading and have an impressive library at home. I also enjoy listening to podcasts and learning something new! I love traveling, music, and hiking. My son, a junior, volunteers in the community and at hospitals, and my 12-year-old daughter enjoys writing letters and doing special projects for veterans. We all volunteer at community centers, especially during the holidays, because that should be a special time for everyone. We also have a rescue dog who loves joining us on our hiking adventures.

Brianna Robinson

Business Office Manager

I’m Brianna Robinson, the Business Office Manager at Senior Helpers of Greater Milwaukee in Wauwatosa. I’m often the person families and caregivers connect with first, and I take pride in making each interaction feel supportive, welcoming, and genuine. I love being the person others can rely on — whether it’s helping a family understand important documents, assisting a caregiver with scheduling, or simply listening when someone needs a moment to breathe.

In my role, I manage scheduling, billing, documentation, caregiver coordination, and day-to-day office operations. But for me, it’s never just paperwork or processes. Each task represents a family who needs peace of mind or a caregiver who wants to do their best work. I strive to keep our office organized, positive, and running smoothly so our team can focus on providing compassionate, dependable care to the seniors we’re honored to serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy the things that keep me grounded and happy. I love exploring local Milwaukee spots — from new restaurants to weekend festivals — and I’m always up for trying something new around the city. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, unwinding with a good book or true-crime documentary, and taking walks through local parks when I need a little fresh air. I’m also someone who values creativity, whether I’m decorating a space, planning events, or finding small ways to brighten someone’s day.

Working at Senior Helpers means a lot to me because I get to be part of a mission that truly makes a difference. I’m grateful to support a team that leads with compassion, dignity, and respect, and I’m proud to play a role in helping seniors and their families feel cared for, understood, and supported.

I want to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the superb work Diane did for Dad while he was in the hospital. She was punctual, personable, and dedicated. She helped my Dad immensely during a difficult time for him. Her calm manner and brilliant smile worked magic. My Dad’s attitude changed completely for the better after her first visit. Thank you so much for giving us Diane. She really is a remarkable person and very caring.
