Programs can also replicate someones face for video calls or photos. When in doubt, hang up the phone and contact someone you trust directly for advice. If you actually have an account with the questionable call go in person or call the main trusted phone number to verify. Sometimes it just takes another person’s perspective on a situation to help out. If something sounds out of the ordinary it usually is, especially from a number you do not recognize. Remember these calls are designed to trick you and come in different forms. Do not give out personal information to anyone you do not know over the phone.
