Senior Helpers of AK Valley has partnered with Landmark to provide a unique exercise program to help reduce falls in the home by as much as 35%

Landmark will provide 5-7 therapy visits (covered by most insurances) and train our caregivers and clients on custom tailored exercises that provide proven results. Our caregivers then continue to work with our clients after the therapy visits end.
