City of Savannah Golden Age Program
The City of Savannah’s Golden Age Program offers seniors access to community centers and daily activities at multiple locations throughout Savannah.
Coastal Regional Comission Transportation (Coastal Regional Coaches)
The Transportation Services Department provides regional transportation services for any purpose within the ten counties of the Coastal Georgia region through the Coastal Regional Coaches bus transit system. The regional transit system serves all 10 coastal regional counties: Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, and Screven.

Medicare.gov is a great resource to learn the types of care that are covered by Medicare, and where you may need to plan for supplementary insurance or funding to cover healthcare costs.
