Our History
Caring for others has always been a core part of who Dr. Sai Nikitha (Nikki) is, both personally and professionally. Growing up in a close-knit Indian family, she was raised with a deep respect for elders and a natural instinct to care for them. Community well-being and healthcare have always been at the heart of her identity. From a young age, Nikki found joy in giving back—whether it was volunteering at old age homes, organizing blood donation drives, or engaging in local service activities.
Her journey into caregiving began early, not just through medicine but also through art. As a trained Bharatanatyam dancer (a classical Indian dance form), Nikki has performed at assisted living facilities every year since childhood. The smiles and gratitude she received from senior residents during those performances left a lasting impact and deepened her desire to serve others with compassion and care.
This deep-rooted commitment to serving others is what ultimately inspired Nikki to open a Senior Helpers location. For her, this isn’t just a business—it’s a calling. Family has always been at the center of her life, and that same spirit of connection and care guides every aspect of the work she does today. The photo from India serves as a reflection of where it all began—a foundation built on compassion, trust, and dignity. These are the values that continue to shape every decision made and every visit carried out in the homes of the seniors Senior Helpers is honored to serve.
