In celebration of Older Americans Month, Westchester County is holding its 56th Annual Salute to Seniors event at the Westchester County Center on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Salute to Seniors is an opportunity for businesses and non-profit organizations to showcase their products and services to more than 2,000 seniors across the county.
Join us Wednesday, June 12th for the presentation of the Live Well & Age Well: Planning Ambassadors for Aging Survey Report. Breakfast will be served and parking is free. Westchester Breathes is an ongoing program offered by the Westchester Library System offering an experience of gentle movement, breathing and relaxation exercises that reduce stress and anxiety and increase a sense of calm and well-being. Zoom sessions are held every Monday in May until June 17 from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM. In person sessions will be held Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st from 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
