Senior Helpers is a trusted provider of in-home senior assistance recognized for our quality care. We are excited to offer senior concierge services to serve our clients and provide quality care to a wider body of senior citizens.

How Are Senior Concierge Services Different?

The only difference between our concierge care and other in-home care services is the location. Concierge Care offers many of our valued home care services to people in senior living communities. This collaborative agreement provides service and assistance to seniors living in a variety of assisted, independent, and continuing care retirement communities.

Senior concierge services give your loved one an extra layer of support in their community. All of the regular amenities and services of the retirement community in which your family member lives remain available and at their disposal, but Senior Helpers offers additional services on top of that care. Our customized care plans allow you, your loved one, and their caregiver to determine exactly which services will best serve their needs. The combination of our care plan with the things that the community offers ensures that your loved one has comprehensive care.

What We Can Do

In some ways, Senior Helpers’ Concierge Care differs slightly from our other in-home services. Take a look at what we offer as part of our Concierge Care, and get an idea of how we can help your loved one live their best life.

To ensure quality and compatible care, our enthusiastic and dependable caregivers are matched to clients based on their personalities, experience, and skill sets. Together, you and your caregiver develop a plan to determine what services Senior Helpers will provide.

Move-in Service

Assist you and your loved one with the move-in process, which includes unpacking and helping your loved one get acclimated to their new space.

Post-Medical Care

Reduce risk of readmission after medical procedures by offering assistance to seniors in their residence. This can include anything from round the clock assistance to a daily check-in, depending on the need.

Companion Care

Provide companionship and assist with daily activities such as shopping, meal preparation, and transportation. Social interaction is essential for humans, especially as we get older, so companion care can have a profound impact on your loved one’s mental wellbeing.

Personal Care

Aid with non-medical needs and activities of daily living such as walking assistance or hygiene. Personal care assistance helps keep your family member feeling their best.

Fractional Care (Care Share)

Provide short-term individual services including medication reminders, cleaning, and laundry.

Wait List Support

Offer in-home care to any potential senior who may be on a wait list to get into a community. Our services can give you peace of mind during this waiting period knowing that your loved one is still safe in their home.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care

Create customized plans for residents focusing on what they can do, not what they can’t, through our award-winning Senior Gems® program.

Community Support

In addition to caring for residents on an individual basis, Senior Helpers caregivers can offer our services to entire retirement communities. Assisted, independent, and continuing care retirement communities can work with us to provide some of our Concierge Care services to each resident as added amenities. You can show your residents—and any seniors who may be considering your facility—that you value their health and wellbeing by offering extra services.

If you are the owner or manager of an assisted, independent, or continuing care retirement community, contact us to discuss the services we can offer your residents.
