Senior Helpers Concierge Care offers many of our valued home care services and assistance to seniors living in a variety of assisted, independent, and continuing care retirement communities.
Senior concierge services give your loved one an extra layer of support in their community. All of the regular amenities and services of the retirement community in which your family member lives remain available and at their disposal, but Senior Helpers offers additional services on top of that care.
Our customized care plans allow you, your loved one, and their caregiver to determine exactly which services will best serve their needs. The combination of our care plan with the services that the community offers ensures that your loved one has comprehensive care.
What We Can Do
Senior Helpers can be on-site 24/7 to provide any level of care that an elderly loved one may need. With hourly and custom care options, we work with the community so that residents will be able to access the quality care and support they need. To ensure quality and compatible care, our enthusiastic and dependable caregivers are matched to clients based on their personalities, experience, and skill sets. Together, we develop a plan to determine the services Senior Helpers will provide.
Our licensed, trained, and bonded caregivers provide an array of services to help you manage the worries and stress of transitioning into a new community. Working alongside you and the community, Senior Helpers will help you and your loved one with the move-in process, from beginning to end. This includes packing and unpacking boxes and helping your loved one get acclimated to their new space, all while offering companionship to comfort you along this journey.
Our caregivers can assist with pre- and post-medical procedure care. From transportation services to and from the procedure to personal care following, our goal is to support and optimize seniors recovery at home. This can include anything from medication pickup and reminders and personal hygiene assistance to round the clock care or a daily check-in, depending on the need.
Senior Helpers can provide companionship and assist with daily activities such as shopping, meal preparation, and transportation. Social interaction is essential for humans, especially as we get older, so companion care can have a profound impact on your loved one’s mental wellbeing.
Our caregivers assist with non-medical needs and activities of daily living such as walking assistance, bathing and showering, personal hygiene care, medication reminders and more. Personal care assistance helps keep your family member feeling their best.
Wait List Support
At times, there may be a brief waiting period for your senior loved one to get into a community. Senior Helpers can offer in-home care to any potential senior who may be on a wait list to get into a community. Our services can give you peace of mind during this waiting period knowing that your loved one is still safe in their home.
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
As leading experts in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, Senior Helpers is happy to offer this service to our clients wherever their home may be- this includes independent living communities. Our customized plans for residents focus on what they can do, not what they can’t, through our award-winning Senior Gems® program.
In addition to caring for residents on an individual basis, Senior Helpers caregivers can offer our services to entire retirement communities. We are happy to work with Assisted, independent, and continuing care retirement communities to provide some of our Concierge Care services to each resident as added amenities, maintaining health and independence for as long as possible.
