FREE Medical Alert System for New Clients

Special Offer

Special Offer

As many of our nation’s elderly opt to remain in their home as they age, extra measures need to be taken to ensure their safety and independence. At Senior Helpers, we are proud to have partnered with MobileHelp to include a complimentary medical alert system* for our clients as part of their overall care plan.

Combined with your Senior Helpers in-home caregiver, a medical alert system helps to provide our clients and their families with an extra layer of protection and support. Here are some of the benefits of this special offer:

  1. Enhanced safety: A medical alert system ensures that seniors have access to immediate help in case of an emergency, while an in-home caregiver can provide ongoing supervision and assistance to help prevent accidents and falls.
  2. Peace of mind: Family members and caregivers can rest assured that seniors are being monitored and cared for, even when they are not physically present.

  3. Improved quality of life: Seniors who receive in-home care and support can maintain their independence and enjoy a higher quality of life than those who live alone and are isolated from others.

  4. Cost-effective: As part of this special offer, your complimentary medical alert system combined with in-home care can be a cost-effective alternative to moving to an assisted living facility or nursing home.

*some restrictions apply, please call for details.

How it Works

MobileHelp medical alert systems are integrated with nationwide wireless voice and data and GPS technology to provide real-time monitoring services and location tracking for expedited personal emergency assistance at home and away from your home. When the button on the device is pressed, a signal is sent to an alarm monitoring center, where the situation is assessed, and if required, trained operators can dispatch emergency services or contact a designated caregiver or family member.

Getting Started

  1. Contact our office at 443-594-8955 to request a LIFE Profile assessment for your loved one.
  2. The results of the assessment are used to create a personalized care plan that may include a range of services, such as medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, and social engagement activities. This will also include our recommendation for the appropriate MobileHelp medical alert system for your loved one.
  3. As part of the onboarding process, our care team will provide your contact information to a MobileHelp representative, who will contact you in order to help get your alert system up and going.

It's that simple. Together, we are working to provide you with a plan designed to help your loved one maintain their independence and quality of life, while receiving the necessary support and best possible care to help them successfully age in place.
