Carolyn Hoffman
Client Services Manager

Carolyn made a promise to her grandparents many years ago: she vowed to dedicate herself to making sure that seniors got the quality care they deserved. To fulfill that promise, she became a nurse, focusing on geriatrics and senior care. Today, with 20 years of nursing experience, Carolyn specializes in hospice care and dementia. She has a strong background in managing clients at all stages of dementia. In addition, she has developed a network of peers at senior care communities throughout the Lehigh Valley, which she continues to expand in her role as Community Relations Coordinator.

Kevin Krepinevich, CAE, M.Ed.
Training Coordinator

Kevin is a Certified Trainer, with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Slippery Rock University with a major in Physics and Communication, as well as a Master's degree in Education from Mansfield University. He has been involved in the development and presentation of classroom and online training programs for small and large organizations on local, state, national and international levels for over 20 years. In his role as Training Coordinator for Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley, Kevin designs, coordinates and presents training programs that challenge our caregivers to exceed expectations when providing client care.

Christal is the "voice" of Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley. She greets visitors at the door and fields the dozens of phone calls we receive every day. Her more than 20 years of experience in banking and customer service prepared her to manage the many administrative tasks that are the backbone of our organization: billing, staff timesheets, client and caregiver phone calls, and more.

Pam Bartlett
Owner/General Manager

Navigating the maze of senior care options for her parents and in-laws inspired Pam to become part of the senior care solution. Following a 30-year career in business and retail marketing, she seized the opportunity to purchase a Senior Helpers franchise. Armed with a strong business and operations background plus a degree in Rehabilitation Services, Pam put her personal passions and professional expertise to work. As owner and general manager of Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley, her goal is to do whatever it takes to provide caregiving options that "are in the best interests of our clients."
