About Our Local Office

The local Senior Helpers team has been drawn together by their desire to serve others. Each team member lives in the Hendersonville area and believes strongly in supporting our community. Doug Weaver


Doug is responsible for the daily operations in our North market which includes overseeing all aspects of the business. Doug is a Certified Senior Advisor. Doug established the Hendersonville Senior Helpers office as a result of personal experience with his mom. Doug is a native of Middle Tennessee. The Hendersonville office has served the community by providing outstanding care and customer service. His office was recognized with the Excellent Customer Experience Award as the highest ranked office in customer satisfaction in 2011.

Kathy Johnson-Warner, LMSW

Social Worker

Kathy is a Master level social worker with over 20 years of experience. A large part of her career has been spent working with clients who have some form of dementia. Unfortunately Alzheimer’s dementia runs in her family. She understands the pain and difficulty families experience trying to care for their loved ones. She is passionate about serving others due to her professional and personal experiences.

Rachel Waxman

Client Services Manager

Rachel has over 31 years of experience in the in the healthcare industry. Rachel is responsible for matching the proper caregiver with a particular client’s needs, as well as managing those relationships. Rachel uses her knowledge and experience to train caregivers and assure that the client’s family’s expectations are being met. “I’ve been in this business for over 30 years. Nothing is more important than taking care of God’s children,” Rachel explains.
