About Our Local Office

One of the reasons that Senior Helpers has become the care provider of choice for Hendersonville, TN, is their commitment to partnering with individuals that share the same passion for providing only the highest level of care and support to their clients and family members.

The local Senior Helpers team has been drawn together by their desire to serve others. Each team member lives in the Hendersonville area and believes strongly in supporting our community. "We take pride and continually strive to give each of our families the individual attention they deserve," explained Stephen Ferrari, one of the owners.

Senior Helpers offers a broad range of services in Hendersonville ranging from basic monitoring to around the clock home care assistance, both in the family's home, as well as in facilities when more care is needed.

LOCAL CARE TEAM NORTH (HENDERSONVILLE)


Cynthia Greear – Branch Administrator

Cynthia is the Branch Administrator for the Hendersonville, TN office and came to Senior Helpers in 2017. With over 25 years in the health care industry, Cynthia began working as a CNT at a local hospital and returned to school at night to complete her Associates Degree in Business Management. She then furthered her education with the completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. Most recently Cynthia worked as an administrator at a local hospice company. These experiences have helped Cynthia to provide excellence to our clients with all aspects of their care. Cynthia is a Sumner County Master Gardener, you will find Cynthia during her time off gardening either at her home or volunteering with Master Gardeners on various projects.





Kathy Johnson-Warner – Care Manager

Kathy is a master’s level social worker with over 30 years’ experience in her field. It is this experience that makes her such a valuable asset to the Senior Helpers team. Much of her career has been spent working with individuals that have dementia. Kathy is gifted at assisting these families in navigating their care options. She is passionate about providing dementia education to these families as well as assisting the education of the medical/professional community. Kathy spend much of her free time with her husband and two children.





Rachel Hall-Allen - Lead Scheduler - CSM

Rachel became a caregiver in 2006 where she worked for various facilities and in several individual’s homes. It was these experiences that drove Rachel to continue her passion of caring for the elderly. Before long, Rachel jumped in feet first as a scheduler for our Hendersonville office. It is there where Rachel is counted on every day to help match caregivers with our clients needs. She is always willing to help in any way she can. Rachel attended Roxbury Community College where she studies early child development. When not assisting our clients, Rachel is spending time with her husband and four children.





Kayla Perez - HR

Kayla has served as the Recruitment, HR, and Training Manager at Senior Helpers in Hendersonville, TN since December of 2016. She attended Volunteer State Community College where she received her Associates degree in Business Communications and later attended Trevecca Nazarene University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations. Her background consists of 8 years in customer service and 3 years in healthcare, which has helped her to obtain patience, tenacity, and excellent communication skills. Kayla has a passion for people and enjoys making others feel good about themselves. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, singing, writing, and serving at her local church.





Aalia Haider – Office Support Personnel

Aalia came to us after working for several years at a substance abuse facility. She currently helps the Hendersonville office, clients and our caregivers with any needs as well as provide care for our clients in the case of an emergency. Aalia earned a B.S. in Secondary Education. She enjoys traveling and having fun with my family.





Michelle Warlick – Facility Manager

Michelle has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, including hospice and home health care. It is this experience that has guided Michelle through several positions here at Senior Helpers…most current the Facility Manager at Windlands East. Michelle is responsible for matching the proper caregiver with a client’s needs, as well as managing those relationships. She has recently gone back to school to receive her MBA in Business Administration & Healthcare so that she can further her knowledge of the healthcare field. Michelle’s expertise and passion for the elderly make her a true asset to the Senior Helpers team. When she is not working Michelle likes to spend time with her granddaughter and care for her elderly mother.
