(November 2015) Stratham, New Hampshire – Senior Helpers of the Greater Seacoast co-owner and Vice President, Gayle Davis recently completed the Master Trainer certification course for A Matter of Balance. The training was sponsored by the Partnership for Healthy Aging of MaineHealth and Dartmouth College.

A Matter of Balance is a proven program designed to help people manage concerns about falls and increase physical activity. The program was developed through extensive research at Boston University. The program is recognized for Innovation and Quality in Healthcare and Aging by the Society on Aging.
