Steve Conway - Director of Operations and Owner
Prior to opening Senior Helpers Steve had a career where he was vice president on the executive management team in retailing with US Shoe, The Bombay Company and Michael Stores. Steve and his wife Debra also were the caregivers for 10 ten years for her father and mother where they learned about caring for the elderly. After winning the battle with cancer Steve decided not to return to retail. He felt very fortunate to be healthy and to have had a very successful career. Steve was very compassionate about doing something that he could give back for his good fortune. It was an easy decision, with the experience he gained in operating a business in retail and his experience of Debra and Steve caring for her parents the choice was crystal clear. Senior Helpers was the best way for him to give back.
