The local Senior Helpers team has been drawn together by their desire to serve others. Each team member lives in the Franklin area and believes strongly in supporting our community. Michael Thaler - Branch Administrator

Michael is the Client Services Manager at the Franklin branch. He graduated from MTSU in 2010 with a B.S. in Psychology. Michael moved to Oregon right after where he started his career in home care. He worked as a caregiver with adults with developmental disabilities for over 5 years. Michael has also worked in low-income housing as a Resident Service Coordinator in downtown Portland for 2 years. Michael ensures that his clients are always in the loop along with the right caregiver that he matches for them. Michaels number one priority is client satisfaction.


 Deborah Brown - HR Manager


Deborah manages the recruitment and onboarding of new Caregivers joining the Franklin team, as well as ongoing performance management and administrative compliance. Prior to joining Senior Helpers in 2017, Deborah spent 15+ years in private higher education, 10 of those years in Campus Director roles with key responsibility for daily operations, staff training and development, and customer service. This background has instilled in Deborah a rich appreciation for serving, developing, and retaining skilled personnel; furthermore, it fuels her ongoing commitment to partnering our Clients with top-notch Caregivers. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University and has a passion for completive billiards.

Beville, a specialist in geriatrics, this valuable, easy to follow experiential tour is designed to instill hope in professional and family caregivers, providing them with a tool to move from sympathy to empathy and better understand the behaviors and needs of their loved ones and patients.
