Jonathan Wishnick, Owner

Jonathan opened Senior Helpers of Chicago and Senior Helpers of Wilmette-Evanston so people who need assistance would get well trained, well managed, and smart assistants. Opening Senior Helpers was in many senses a tribute to his mother. Jonathan’s mother, Maxine, had multiple health issues (Heart Attacks, Stroke, Emphysema, and the loss of movement of her left shoulder due to an auto accident), yet she led a very full life. At many times over the last 15 years of her life she needed assistance; eventually Jonathan decided to open Senior Helpers. Jonathan makes sure that we treat every client with the same respect and care as Maxine would have expected and deserved.


Cody Temple, Director of Operations

Cody oversees both Chicago and Evanston office locations, managing daily operations of the company along with Billing, Payroll, and Benefits. Cody has also become an expert in Long Term Care Insurance Policies, and he makes sure our client’s interactions with their insurers are exactly correct. Last, Cody is not only a manager, but an intuitive and wonderful caregiver. Cody’s knowledge and his dedication to our clients has created a culture of superior care at Senior Helpers which is clearly felt by our clients and their families.


Lauren Chappell, Community Relationship Coordinator

Lauren has worked in the eldercare field for many years. Lauren was the Resident Engagement Coordinator at Silverado Senior Living before coming to Senior Helpers of Chicago. Lauren meets with prospective clients and their families and will help families with a free assessment, along with recommendations. Our clients love Lauren, as do we.


Pauline Johnson, Client Services Coordinator

Pauline handles Client Services for both Northshore and Chicago. She makes sure that Care Plans are up to date and visits our Clients ensuring that they are satisfied with services. When Pauline visits, smiles ensue.


Lindsay DeLee-Ariel, Community Relations Coordinator for Evanston/Wilmette/Kenilworth/Skokie

Lindsay has deep ties to Chicago and years of experience in Senior Care is out and about in the North Shore building relationships with Senior Care facilities and within the community.


Sola Sanni, Weekend Staffing Manager

Sola was one of our star caregivers, she started working in the office, does scheduling and is our Weekend Supervisor. Sola has done it all and is prepared to handle anything that comes our way.



Bathusi Musa, Caregiver Manager 

Bathusi was one of our star caregivers, she then started working in the office while she studied HR at DePaul. She now handles the process of onboarding new caregivers to the team. Because of her diligence and care we have the best staff in Chicago.


Jasiman Griffin, Staffing Manager – Chicago

Jasiman manages all Caregiver/Client staffing for the Chicagoland area as well as recruiting and interviewing for the Chicago office. Jasiman has years of high level caregiving experience that she brings to Senior Helpers.


Robin Ross, Scheduling Coordinator – Evanston, Wilmette

Robin handles all the Caregiver/Client staffing for Evanston and the North Shore in addition to recruiting and interviewing for the Evanston office. Robin also has years of high level caregiving experience that she brings to Senior Helpers in Evanston.


Reyna Acosta, Administrative Assistant

Reyna is at the front lines, she monitors our systems to make sure our Caregivers are logged in on time. She helps with Long Term Care Insurance, benefits and a variety of other administrative tasks. Reyna, too has been a caregiver. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her job and Senior Helpers.
