The New Year has officially begun and it’s time to create better habits and to find ways to make our lives better. Another New Years Resolution for Seniors is to eat better and choose leaner and moderately processed foods. The more fruits and vegetables incorporated into a daily diet, the better. Turn off the television and limit social media. Challenge a friend to a board game or attend a local trivial night. Make this the year to do something new and exciting. Whether it be taking a new class and learning something new, or going on a vacation to a different location. Join a book club and use this as an excuse to socialize on a weekly basis. Keeping life interesting and fresh will keep you feeling renewed and vibrant.
