Senior Helpers of Big Lake proudly serves communities and families in Central Minnesota. We are located on Lake Street North just off highway 10 in Big Lake near Spirit Life Church.

Our services include companion care services, personal and live-in care, peace of mind visits, transition assistance, respite care, and more.

Our local office includes a dedicated staff that can provide support for many services, including Veterans Affairs (we are just a 40-minute drive from one of the largest VA Health Care Systems in the state), Client Services, Caregiver Certifications, Long Term Care Insurance, and much more. The Senior Helpers Process

When you contact a Senior Helpers office, you set up a complimentary initial assessment at your home to discuss needs and formulate a care plan. If necessary, a staff member, Social Worker, or RN will conduct a full nursing assessment to gauge status and clarify the care plan.

Together, we determine the most appropriate caregiver using the assessment information and the caregiver matching process. Service starts on the predetermined date.

Follow-up is conducted immediately after service begins and on a periodic basis to make sure you are getting the best possible service.
