Senior Care Specialist/Client Intake Coordinator/Owner
Andrea and I decided to purchase Senior Helpers about 5 years ago because we valued the same values as the company did. These include having integrity without compromise and delivering comfort and care at a moment’s notice while being able to help the elderly stay in their own homes. Since then, our territories have continued to grow and develop.
I do initial assessments and work hand in hand with Veterans to help assist them with applying for their Aid and Attendance benefit. This is a much needed service that many veterans and their spouses don’t know they qualify for. I also work hand in hand with the clients and their families to develop the proper care plan for each client and handle all schedule changes.
Education and Compliance Specialist /Owner
I specialize in our education department. With previously being a teacher at Lewis Cass for 25 years, before coming to Senior Helpers I know how important the role of education is to the community. I strive to explain to families and the community the importance of education and understanding the aging process especially when working with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
I also oversee the compliance department to ensure that we are in compliance with all state and federal guidelines and regulations as it adheres to our licensing.
I oversee all operations in the office and help train staff to keep everyone updated on the latest techniques and events. I work on developing a plan of action for each day to keep business moving in the right direction so that we are always able to provide the proper care to each client in every aspect.
I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a concentration in gerontology. My goals in life are to help others learn and grow and to make a difference in people’s lives. Senior Helpers allows me to do this by helping my team grow and making a difference in our client’s lives as well.
Caregiver Manager/Assistant Director
I oversee the hiring, training, and managing of all of our caregivers. I work hand in hand with each caregiver to make sure they are compatible and comfortable with each client they work with. I have a strong passion for this type of work whether it is teaching caregivers certain techniques to use or being there for grief support.
I have been a C.N.A for six years, first working at a Nursing home and working as a Caregiver for Senior Helpers part time while going to college. My grandmother was diagnosed with dementia ten years ago and my family was always struggling for answers when it came to her care. I wanted to be a part of an organization that provided these answers for the families, this is why I chose Senior Helpers for a career.

Human Resources Coordinator
I am in charge of recruiting new caregivers that have a passion for taking care of the elderly. When interviewing them I find it important that they have experience and important qualities like loyalty, trustworthiness, compassion, and a good work ethic. I work with Taylor to put on all hiring sessions and I call caregivers to make sure all documentation is always up to date. Along with these duties I also post job listings and attend job fairs to continue to recruit exceptional caregivers.

That’s what I feel like Senior Helper’s is doing for our clients. The people I aspire to hire, are those who feel the same way and work just as hard to make sure we are making the world a better place by helping our elders and giving them the care they need.
Client Services Director
I am the person you call if you have any problems or concerns, client schedule change, or would just like to let us know you are happy with services. I work on scheduling the right Caregiver for each client and making sure that all schedules are filled. My goal is to make sure each and every Client is happy and satisfied, so please don’t hesitate to call me.
I worked in scheduling, purchasing, and customer service in manufacturing for 30 years. I wanted to do something more meaningful and personal, that’s why I decided to work for Senior Helpers. My father-in-law is one of our clients, knowing that he has a caregiver there with him brings comfort and relief for our family.
My husband is Brad Angle and he’s Plant Mgr. at Carter Fuel Systems. We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren! We own The People’s Winery and working there is fun and therapy for me.

Community Relations Coordinator/Marketing
I am in charge of doing our community outreach throughout our 27 counties. I work with other companies to see how we can partner together in order to be the best senior advocate for our clients and their families. I love being able to go out and meet new people every day and feel like I’m making a difference in people’s lives. I am always out in the community partnering with other resources or visiting with clients and their families to develop the proper care plan that is needed. I chose to work for Senior Helpers because I love how I am able to help people in any kind of situation. If our company isn’t able to do services for you, I help you find someone who can.
I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Community Health Education and a minor in Psychology.

Administrative Assistant/Lead Specialist
My duties include taking initial calls and directing the call flow of the office to keep our communication seamless. I coordinate all client assessments and client lead follow up calls. I answer questions on services, pricing, and resources to ensure our potential customers know about all the possibilities out there for Senior Care.
I have been working at Senior Helpers for a year, and I love what I do here, especially knowing that clients and their families are well taken care of. Each day I strive to learn more and more about the senior industry for the sake of our clients and future clients as well.
I started as an intern 18 months ago and am now the account manager, working with payroll, and billing. I separate service sheets for completeness and deal with anything that has to do with payroll. My goals are to continue to grow within the company, and to continue ensuring that our customers and employees are well taken care of.

I am the scheduling coordinator for Senior Helpers. I work hard every day to make sure our Clients have the best Caregiver possible to meet their individual needs.
At Senior Helpers we take pride in guaranteeing that our Clients and Caregivers can always get ahold of someone in case of an emergency. One of my duties is handling the on-call phone during the week and on some weekends.
I worked as a teaching assistant for 12 years in the Logansport school system. I love making a difference and being a positive influence in others’ lives. My goal is to make sure that our clients and caregivers are happy. I have 2 children; they are twins, a son Chris and a daughter Hannah, who are both in college.
