Senior Care Solutions
Allow the Elderly to Live at Home
Senior care solutions for home assisted living are provided by the registered nurses and nurse-supervised, professionally trained caregivers from Senior Helpers. Senior Helpers' professionally trained, credentialed, and, bonded and insured caregivers, provide general services and medical monitoring of seniors in their home living environment. Most people agree that keeping senior in a home environment is the best possible solution provided they can receive the health care and assisted living help they need. Living at home reduces depression in the elderly, their family members, and generally is considerably less expensive than 24-hour nursing home or assisted living facilities.

Assisted Living at Home
Our professional staff continues ongoing training to provide even better care for your parent or senior relative. Our local caregivers can assist you with caring for a parent or another family member with early onset memory loss, dementia, or even Alzheimer's disease, and other medical conditions. Once you call, we will set up a general medical assessment of your senior and his/her needs and arrive at a customized care plan with your family. Our services can include the occasional visit to check up on your senior or full at-home 24-hour care and companionship and general assisted living at home. It all depends on the health and capabilities of your senior. We also provide services to assist with government reimbursement of care costs for veterans including paperwork, filing, and dealing with the appropriate agencies. As a home health care agency, we want to help you keep your senior at home. A home living environment that is familiar to your senior is a better choice than a nursing facility provided they can be taken care of at home.

Professional Caregivers & Services
Our general services are wide-ranging and depend on the medical needs of the individual. Once we have arrived at a care plan, whether that is an occasional visit from a caregiver or full, daily assistance, we can help keep your senior at home. We will have a nurse visit every two weeks to assess medications and any changes in care, monitor drug interactions, set up our MedServ Program for medications and monitoring, and send medical and medication exception reports to the primary care physician. Our caregivers can provide "peace of mind" visits to check-in on your senior, or we can provide much longer "sitter" visits to stay with your relative at home. Our caregivers offer real senior care solutions. Our staff can assist with errands, transportation, meal preparations, grocery shopping, taking your senior to the doctor or pharmacy, light housekeeping tasks, hygiene assistance, and much more. Please review our Services Task List for a better idea of the help we can give your family.
