Our home health care assistance programs are tailored to your senior's specific needs and the needs of your family.  Many family caregivers suffer from "caregiver burnout", a real health problem resulting from the stress and worry of trying to take care of the health needs of an aging relative or parent.  Our general services include:

  • Nurse monitored in-home health care services
  • Medical assessment from a nurse; nurse visits occur every two weeks to consider the health requirements of your senior
  • Our nurses monitor your senior's medication (MedServ Program) and dispense medications for two weeks (we can even provide an automated dispenser if necessary), monitor any drug interaction problems and also provide medical reports and medication exception reports to the primary care physician
  • Nurse-monitored professional caregivers for elderly companionship to daily assistance
  • "Peace of mind" visits or just checking in to see how your relative is doing
  • "Sitter" visits or daily visits, 24 hours a day if needed
  • General help with hygiene, dressing, laundry, changing beds and linens
