Home care delivered by professional caregivers allows your senior to have a more independent life, and most importantly to live at home instead of in a nursing care facility.  Please view our Service Task List for a better idea of the variety of services that we offer.  Some of the general services include:

  • Medical Supervision - our personal care programs are monitored by registered nurses; a nurse performs the initial assessment, supervises our caregivers, visits every two weeks to monitor drug-to-drug interactions, sets up our MedServ Plan for medication monitoring, sends reports on the health of your senior and any medication exception reporting (failing to take dosages), and, if necessary sets up daily phone call reminders or medication dispensing machines to get your senior to take the correct dosages
  • Visits & Personal Care - our trained caregivers are here for a variety of services; we can visit infrequently to just check-in on someone ("peace of mind" visits) or have someone visit daily ("sitter" visits), or stay full time if necessary;  our personal care services include general hygiene assistance, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping tasks and cleaning, making beds, companionship, meal preparation and food quality monitoring, diet monitoring, reminders to take medication; provide general companionship and activities, conversation, taking your senior to visit friends; we also can provide services while your senior is in a hospital or temporary care in an assisted living center
  • General Errands & Transportation - our dedicated staff can run errands for your senior, take them to the doctor and pharmacy, take them to visit friends, assist with grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, events, entertainment (movies, library, live shows, etc.), other shopping necessities
