Home Adult Care

As a home health care agency, we provide general assistance to monitoring medications to 24 hour assistance, it all depends on the quality of care your parent or senior requires.  We offer you many payment arrangements, and can even help veterans with their paperwork to get reimbursed for care and health-related costs.  All of our personalized care programs are specifically tailored to the needs of your family.  Once you contact us, we will arrange for a medical assessment by one of our nurses who will review your senior's medical records, medications, and provide a recommendation for the level of care and set you up with caregivers to get home health care delivered.  Our nurses will visit your senior every two weeks to monitor drug interactions, general health, and provide his/her primary care physician with evaluations and medication exception reporting (dosages missed, etc.).  Our MedServ Plan is our medications monitoring plan and we will dispense medications, call to remind your loved one to take prescriptions, or even provide medication dispensers.  Our health care services can also include help with seniors with forgetfulness, dementia, or even Alzheimer's disease.

Professional Caregivers

Our credentialed caregivers can provide basic services and home adult care such as personal hygiene assistance and bathing, laundry, making beds, monitoring diets, preparing food, grocery shopping, help with dressing, walking, exercising, light housekeeping, washing dishes and so much more.  Our caregivers will also assist with general errands including taking your senior to the doctor or clinic, the pharmacy, running general errands such as grocery shopping, taking your loved one to visit friends, or to attend events and entertainment such as movies or just a walk in the park.   We are here to help no matter the level of care needed, or just to give you some "peace of mind" visits, elder care companionship, or "sitter" visits for as long as you need.
