All of our care programs are supervised by registered nurses.  Our process begins with a complimentary interview and medical needs assessment.  An RN will meet with your senior, review the medical situation, and, set up a care program as needed, whether that is just a daily check-in or call for taking medications, or longer term home care on a daily basis.  Some of our elder care solutions for your family include:

  • Registered nurse visits - our nurses supervise the home care plan and also our professional caregivers; our nurses will provide an initial, medical needs assessment, monitor drug interactions and medication dispensing, and we even have medication dispensers if needed, provide daily reminders to take medications if necessary, and provide assessment and medication exception reports to the primary care physician.  Please review our MedServ Plan for medication monitoring.
  • Caregiver visits - our professionals provide all sorts of services including shorter "peace of mind" visits, longer or daily in-home care "sitter" visits, provide companionship and help with errands including: doctor visits, medication pick-ups at the pharmacy, grocery shopping, taking your senior to visit friends and relatives, entertainment such as walks in the park, movies and events, visits with friends, and provide general, at-home health care services.
  • General assisted living help - general housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, washing dishes, changing linens and beds; general hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing; diet monitoring, meal preparation; help with bills and correspondence; supervise home maintenance, contact repairmen for services around the house, and much more.
  • Assistance with seniors with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease care in a home setting.
  • General assistance for our veterans including help with medical cost reimbursements, help with filling out VA forms and paperwork, correspondence, making calls, etc.
