Getting Started

Our process begins with a one-on-one interview between our registered nurse and your loved one. During this interview, we’ll perform a care assessment to learn what daily routines and expectations are and how we can best accommodate those wants and needs.

Available Elder Care Services

Once we’ve established goals, we’ll sit down with you to review available elder care services to determine the best plan for your senior. Available care plans include:

  • Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care – This service includes use of a cueing program that jumpstarts the memory. Additionally, we help with medication reminders, daily routine, doctor’s visits and more.
  • Nurse Visits – Our registered nurse will stop in as needed to check up on loved ones. Additionally, the RN will conduct assessments and monitor daily progress.
  • MedServ – A nurse administered program for the distribution of necessary prescriptions and other medications.
  • Peace of Mind Visits – These 1-hour visits are designed to check-in on your loved one and help them with meaningful tasks such as conversation, meal prep, medication reminders and hygiene assistance.
  • Sitter Services – Give yourself a break. Let us sit and visit with your loved one while they are in the hospital, nursing home, assisted living facilities and/or retirement centers.
  • Veterans Services – We will assist with the application process to apply for military benefits.
