Home Health Care Options

We have registered nurses that monitor the health care programs and out caregivers. Our nurses visit every two weeks, review medications, dispense medications, do overall medical needs assessments, suggest further care (particularly useful if you elderly relative is beginning to have issues with mobility or walking), recommend exercises for your senior, make sure that your senior visits the doctor and can have one of our caregivers pick up medications at the pharmacy. In addition, so your senior’s doctor is informed, our registered nurses will correspond with the primary care physicians detailing status, any changes in health, and even recommending courses of action or further types of exercises or activities that may be useful to your senior’s overall well–being.

General Household Tasks

Our caregivers can help with general household tasks. Our dementia care services do not stop at health, diet and medication monitoring.
