Our local founder, Dale Gardner, and his wife Marian required in-home companion care for Marian's mother during the last few years of her life. The relationships built with caregivers and the quality of life they made possible led Dale and Marian to start Senior Helpers in Orlando, building on the experiences and track record of about 150 other Senior Helpers offices around the country.

Dale and Marian have assembled a team of caring, experienced, and skilled professionals, including their Director of Client Care, Jo Ann Godbold, who has worked with caregivers in Central Florida for more than 20 years and has recruited many of the best to work for Senior Helpers clients.
