Pam Hodgson – CEO/COO
Pam has vast experience in business as she has always owned her own companies. Prior to becoming a Senior Helpers franchise owner, Pam owned a large metropolitan plumbing service company based in Alpharetta, GA which she started in 1987 and sold in 2004. Subsequently, she owned a construction business and a consulting business. The consulting business focused on internal operations and senior issues. She also has served on a national advisory board for ServiceMaster, on a contractor board for American Home Shield, as a Recreational Commissioner for the City of Alpharetta, GA, and is a past Trustee for the Georgia Ensemble Theatre and is currently serving on the Owners Council for Senior Helpers. Pam was the 2009 North Fulton Chamber of Commerce small business of the year runner up.
Pam oversees all of the day to day activity at Senior Helpers and she performs the initial client assessments. This is valuable time that she gets to spend with the client so that she can analyze the client’s needs as well as the family dynamics involved. Combining what she observes with her years of experience she can craft a care plan that will meet the needs of the client.
Pam is married to Hutch Hodgson and has seven children and eleven grandchildren of which two of them, Matt Fredenberg and Elizabeth Jackson, help manage Senior Helpers.
Matt Fredenberg – Director of Marketing

Matt and Stephanie love to travel, run and spend time with their community at church.

Elizabeth grew up in Alpharetta and has been working with Pam at Senior Helpers since it started in 2006. Her responsibilities include all of the financial aspects of the operation such as the billing and payroll. In addition to the financial responsibilities, Elizabeth helps with client care and speaks to most of the potential clients when they first call in to Senior Helpers and want to schedule an assessment. Elizabeth is a devoted mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys spending her time outside of work with them at their sporting events, school, and church activities.

What is the Virtual Dementia Tour?
Learning to create a positive environment for those with dementia can only come from attempting to walk in their shoes. Created by P.K. Beville, a specialist in geriatrics, this valuable, easy to follow experiential tour is designed to instill hope in professional and family caregivers, providing them with a tool to move from sympathy to empathy and better understand the behaviors and needs of their loved ones and patients.
