Father’s Day is this Sunday and what better gift to give than the gift of health?

We all know that men and women are very different and (stereotypically) men are a little stubborn when it comes to taking care of their health. If this sounds familiar, check out these quick tips to improve men’s health:

  1. Find a primary care physician and visit them annually for physical health screenings. Just because you are feeling well, doesn’t always mean you are. Regular visits can help prevent illnesses and diseases.
  2. Get some rest! This tip is harder than it sounds, but it is important to get at least seven hours of sleep a night.
  3. Mind your diet and limit fats. Of course everyone should limit fats, but for men a low-fat diet can help prevent future prostate problems.
