Robert Nations is the CEO. Robert oversees the marketing, community relationships and client care. He helps the aging population, Navigate the Art of Aging.
Kevin Carlson is the President. Kevin oversees the financial and operational side of the business. He pays our bills, collects our money and makes sure we all get paid.
Sandy Barragan is our LTC / Telephony Manager. She works with our long term care insurance companies. She follows up to make sure our caregiver’s clock in and out properly.
Ana Haro is our Caregiver Manager. She follows up with our caregivers when they need encouragement or a slap on the hand, plans our caregiver parties and publishes our monthly newsletter.
Lilly Ceja is a Scheduler. If you need help Monday through Friday, she maybe the one you will talk with on the phone.
Irene Cervantes is our Customer Service Manager. She follows up with our clients to see how things are going and manages the scheduling team to find the best caregiver fit.
Eli Creano is a Scheduler. If you need help Monday through Thursday after 5:00, she is the one to talk too.
Jamie Escoubas is our Regional Marketing Manager. She builds and maintains our community relationships in Sonoma County.
Susan Leport is the Care Manager. Susan does our assessments, plans the care and follows up when care changes.
Ruth Ocon is our Regional Marketing Manager. She builds and maintains our community relationships in Solano, Yolo and Napa Counties.
Debbie Paniagua is a Scheduler. If you need help Monday through Friday, she maybe the one you will talk with on the phone
Amanda Sanchez is a Scheduler. If you need help Thursday through Monday, she is the one to talk too.
Megan Verby is our HR Manager. Her job is to recruit the best caregivers and keeps us legal.
Nancy Lahr is our RN. She provides our Certified GEMs Training, Certified Parkinson's Training and other classroom trainings. She also works with clients on their meds and assessments.
