Seniors at Woodland Valley (West Orange, NJ) enjoyed listening to a lively presentation titled "Seniors and Exercise" and participated in flexibility exercises.

On October 1, Senior Helpers of Madison participated in Bottle Hill Day, an annual festival that attracts thousands of visitors. Wayne Sarrow, Senior Helpers Owner and Robin Goldberg, Director of Community Relations staffed a booth to educate visitors on the many services offered by Senior Helpers.

On October 6, Senior Helpers of Madison offered a seminar on the importance of Flu Prevention at The Solana in Roseland. An active group of residents participated in a lively discussion and enjoyed snacks. The seminar was staffed by Amy Zincavage RN, Director of Nursing and Robin Goldberg, Director of Community Relations.

On October 13, Senior Helpers of Madison offered free blood pressure screening at the Senior Center of the Chathams. Staffed by Amy Zincavage RN, Director of Nursing and Robin Goldberg, Community Relations, many seniors enjoyed fall-themed snacks, participated in blood pressure screening and were educated on the many services offered by Senior Helpers.

On October 19, Senior Helpers of Madison offered an important program on Safety in the Home and Fall Prevention. 50 vibrant participants of the Verona Senior Center benefited from the informative information while enjoying seasonal snacks. The discussion was staffed by Amy Zincavage RN, Director of Nursing and Robin Goldberg, Director of Community Relations.
