Senior Helpers provides a full complement of home care services ranging from companionship and housekeeping services to personal care services including Live-In and 24 hour care services on a short or long term basis.
We support general care needs or complex care needs such as spinal cord injury care or post-surgery care with its staff of Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Home Health Aides and Companion Caregivers. All caregivers are full employees and undergo a rigorous 50 state background check and training validation. All care is under the direct supervision of our Registered Nurse.
Our focus at Senior Helpers Milwaukee is to bring a more local presence to the communities we serve: Milwaukee, Germantown, Grafton, Butler, Brookfield, Whitefish bay, Thiensville, Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls, Cedarburg, Mequon, Elm Grove, Fox Point, Jackson, Glendale, Bayside, Brown Deer, River Hills.
Senior Helper’s Executive Director, Stephanie, has over 13 years experience working in the healthcare industry spanning hospital settings, certified home health agencies, and private duty home care. Having received her Certified Nursing Assistant degree, Stephanie has held a variety of management roles in the healthcare industry including overseeing a collection of 6 health care facilities and more than 80 staff.
As the Executive Director, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and boundless energy to her role at Senior Helpers. Stephanie oversees all Senior Helpers’ day-to-day activities including the development of client care plans, staffing, program development and training.
Working with a number of local and national organizations, community groups and corporate partners, Stephanie is constantly looking at new methods and opportunities to provide exceptional care for our clients and their families.
As part of her yearly plan for our Senior Helpers office, Stephanie is working to further develop relationships in the local community, expand our services and guide our staff in establishing group activities for our clients.

Senior Helper’s Director of Client Relations & Marketing, Rick received a degree in Computer Networking with the intention of pursuing a technology-based career. While pursuing his degree, Rick began working with a national health care provider where he scheduled in home medical visits and support.
It was in this healthcare role, working with hundreds of clients and medical providers that Rick’s interest began to shift. Rather than mapping computer networks and writing code, Rick found he much preferred client interaction and providing care to those in need. At Senior Helpers, Rick brings a heartfelt compassion and dedication to our clients and their families. Performing initial client assessments, Rick spends time with clients to analyze their needs and family dynamics to craft an individual care plan for each person.
In the coming year, some of Rick’s goals are developing more social activities for our clients, expanding our Senior Helpers staff and exploring new services to meet our client’s diverse needs.
