MedServ - What is it?
MedServ is a customized, nurse administered program designed to help your loved one manage their daily medications. Our RN will provide an initial evaluation to gather pertinent information and design an individualized plan. Then, our nurse will visit your loved one every two weeks to, among other things, set up the pill box for 14 days, re-fill medications and monitor drug interactions.
