As the owners of Senior Helpers, we believe in giving our clients the education they need to make appropriate choices. But, education is never enough; with every individual in our care, with every visit, our goal is always to provide personalized in-home care solutions that create dignity, health and independence.

Our Standards and History:

We begin to deliver our promise in 2007. As with all Senior Helpers locations, the companions and Home Health Aides hired by Tony Szatkowski and his team are direct employees of our company, and not contract or outsourced workers. Senior Helpers selects our caregivers based upon their professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion for seniors. After a full and thorough screening process, we train, bond, and insure each one.

Our Monmouth and Middlesex County caregivers come from various backgrounds and many have cared for their own parents and want to help others. Some work in the healthcare field and enjoy working one-on-one with our clients. All of our local caregivers truly treasure the personal satisfaction that comes from helping others and have a passion for their career in New Jersey home health care.
