Senior Helpers has given us what we expected from them and more. I know that I can call the office and talk to someone pretty much whenever. Sometimes I have to reschedule appointments and they’re able to make accommodations. They’re always responsive. They really know their services and the fact that the caregiver can get along with my mother is very good! I would definitely recommend them, no question about it. We have even heard from friends of my mother who describe how lucky we are to have the service. The first impression we got from Wayne (the owner) was that they really knew what they were doing and they’ve shown it.

Dad’s caregiver is really on the ball and she’s so nice. A few days ago, Dad was sick. The caregiver didn’t want to leave him there alone. She called us and waited until we got there. We couldn’t have gotten a better person. As a business, Senior Helpers has excellent follow up and basically does the same thing that I am going to do- follow up and make sure that Dad likes his caregiver. They check in with us to make sure that all is going well. Dad’s caregiver has been a godsend. She explained to us that if she and Dad didn’t click, the office would find Dad a better fit, or if Dad’s caregiver couldn’t be there, they would call and find someone else for my dad. Dad’s caregiver is amazing. If we could clone her and get her to everybody, that would be the best thing. We’re extremely satisfied.

We tried several other agencies before hiring Senior Helpers. I think Senior Helpers is fantastic. They’ll call me if the caregiver can’t be there and they’ll offer someone else to take her place. They’ve also been flexible when I’ve had to make changes to the schedule. I think that Senior Helpers is a great agency. If I didn’t truly believe this, then I wouldn’t have come back so many times.
